So I do believe Hashirama's will is better since it influenced many great ninjas like Itachi, Shisui, Kagami, Minato, Jiraiya, Kakashi, Gai, Lee, Naruto and many more.

Crap? Will of fire is crap now? Seem to be the whole thing based off of Konoha. Hiruzen spoke of the will of Fire to Iruka in part 1 which is the same as what Hashirama's will is

All im saying is it shouldn't have any title to it. It common sense to protect your village and desire peace. So it stupid to call it the will of fire or hashirama's will. You do what you believe in. But hey, someone said that's the concept of the story! So plot-no-jutsu.

How is it plot-no-jutsu? It obviously wasn't common sense because everyone were only restricted to their own clans and that is why Hashirama wanted to make it so the clan structure would fall and everyone would see the village as their family. It's called Hashirama's will because he was the one to dream and make reality a place where there can be peace amongst many different people (clans) and it gave birth to the village system that other nations adopted. No one else was able to make that possible before Hashirama but Ashura and that was like centuries ago since little to no one knew about him except Uchihas with EMS or Rinnegan who can read all of the Tablet.

Itachi was not bound to his clan but looked for the future of the village as a whole. He put the village will being above all as Hashirama chose to do when he beat Madara

Sasuke was Itachi's only exception since he was innocent in the coup and his beloved brother.

itachi put himself above the village. he helped destroy konoha, tried to murder kakashi for no reason, tortured sasuke to madness/insanity and turned him into a powerful supervillain.
he was evil enough to order murders of innocent people who have done absolutley nothing.
hashirama would be absolutely horrified if anyone under his command tried to do this, and would exile or kill them immediately.
hashirama killed threats to his village.
itachi let orochimaru and danzo destroy half of the village and actively tried to murder konoha soldiers himself.
