I think Madara was influencing Obito .... Not only obito.. nagato is most likely influenced too..

This gave me a lot of hope for the manga when I noticed it, after all the complaint threads on Obito's reasoning for becoming evil, I was starting to get worried.

If maybe Madara had enough control to make Obito see visions of Rin's death before it happened it means that Madara planned it to force Obito to his side or simply brainwash poor obito

And also worth mentioning the nagato transformation, the black stuff or the so called will of madara definitely played a role ...

But when Naruto was talking with Nagato, he was able to turn Nagato into a good person. You said the black rod has evil influence. That should be true becoz when Nagato went on a rampage against Hanzo and Danzo's men, he was really looked like a mad man!
But the question is while Nagato destroying the leaf Villlage, he was using the black rod that has Madara's will.
If that is true then how Nagato could defy Madara's will and agree with Naruto at the last moment. Madara's will should do something like influencing on Nagato's will to stop thinking like Naruto, right?

I guess Madara is very good at subtly influencing people, its a combination of his will and possibly his eye jutsu. since an uchiha can cast genjutsu on a fellow uchiha Madara might already have Obito under a genjutsu.
