Madaras will in Obito?

So from what weve seen in the latest chapter, it appears the zetsu side of Obitos body is taking over. Not just regular zetsu material weve seen in him this whole time, but black zetsu material. From what we saw in the flashbacks he was put back together with white zetsu and it was some time after this that Madara created black zetsu. So did Madara already have his will implanted in zetsus before and just didnt reveal it to him? The way I look at it Madara implanted his will into Obito the same we he did black Zetsu so that, if need be, he could overcome Obito to guarantee success in his plan in the event Obito decided to stray from the original plan. Currently I think Madaras will is going to overpower Obito, turning him into a black zetsuish form, and forcing him to revive Madara with the Rinne tensei, killing Obito.

I know this will lead lots of people to the idea of Kakashi getting Obitos other sharingan but I dont see this happening for two reasons
1. If Madaras will takes control of Obito like I think then there is no way it would allow Kakashi to gain a major component such as Obitos MS.
2. It would be very controversial to the image of Kakashi weve had throughout the entire manga. Hed have 2 permenant sharingan, defeating the purpose for his signature headband over the eye. (unless he wore sunglasses.)

What do you guys think is going on/going to happen?
Would you like to see Kakashi get Obitos other eye?
How do you think Obito will go out in the very end?
