I only wanted to prove that Itachi wasnt the only one who could use Tsukuyomi. Tsukuyomi can be unlocked by any real Uchiha who possesses the MS. And saying Madara hasn't achieved it while activating the Rinnegan is laughable.

But he could be talking about TOBI'S tsukuyomi (damn that name). They might have been in cahoots since before the series began and planned everything out (which would explain why Madara knew about Nagato).

Edit: Well not necessarily the case since Kakashi and Shisui didn't have either
but those have you Susano have those 2 techniques above.

I think that to have susanoo you just need to other ms jutsus not necessarily amaterasu or tsukuyomi; anyways I think madara was just helping tobi or they'll use sasuke to do it xd

You don't get my point... Many say here only Itachi has acces to Tsukuyomi who passed his abilities to Sasuke. This proofs that Tsukuyomi can be achieved by any real Uchiha who possesses MS.

Yes and yes. You can't have Susanoo unless you unlocked Amateratsu and Tsukiyomi.

You need Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi to unlock Susanoo. He has Susanoo. So he has Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi. But the example you gave was bad.
