When madara was talking with hashirama we specifically see him making a chakra rod my theory is he will stab them in obito and make him release the juubi from his body and revive madara.

Having his cells doesnt mean he can enter SM, it doesnt mean he can use senjutsu. He has acess to a fraction of his powers, thats why madara is able to use mokuton, but not senjutsu techniques.
And by the way, shinsuusenju is not a summon.

Who is Tobidara suppose to be? That sounds like a fusion of Tobirama and Madara. Two people who REALLY don't like each other.
