No idea. But I think it may be some kind of forbidden sealing jutsu or unsealing jutsu that Madara will use to extract Juubi from Obito then seal it inside Madara.

Wouldn't Obito have to have a Tsukiyome in order to even be able to perform an infinite tsukiyome?
