Not a bad idea. Having one of the Sage's weapons and then overcoming J.J. Obito would be plausible and it wouldn't feel like an asspull to me. If anyone should have any of the Sage's weapons or items, I'd think it would be Madara.

that could be true also, i forgot obito has madaras left eye.He might be able to control him or do something that changes everything... we'll just have to wait and see it could be the staff the SO6P was using or madara does something with his eye.
