How did Madara know that Hashi gave something to Sasuke?

He has the OP rinnegan to see through all d crap. :3

It was said by Madara that there are two requirements to awaken the Rinnegan.
1. Uchiha + Senju DNA
2. Near death experience.
Hashi gave Sasuke a Jutsu which contains chakra and not Senju DNA.
If Sasuke gets the Rinnegan because he got some senju chakra from Hashi and he experienced the near death feeling then I would also assume that the whole tailed beast extraction= certain death thing BS.
But we all know that there are always exceptions to everything in NV.
