I'm not sure Naruto's Timeline anymore.

Madara said he's absorbing chakra from the Mazo, right? And if he didn't, he would die. Okay, so when Nagato summoned the Mazo for the first time, we can assumed that's when Madara died.

Just a thought. U_U

I think it's more about interpreting what Madara means by death. For him, it may not be the ending of typical bodily functions; being in such a state may be 'death' for him. He refers to himself as a ghost and speaks to Obito about the essence of life; "...when you feel pain, that is when you know that you are alive..." - it's almost as if he is remembering what it is like to live. Giving away his power and having to rely on the Mazo's chakra to simply stay alive may've left him under the impression that the true Uchiha Madara is dead. Just my two cents.

wait just want to be sure.. did nagato summon the mazo during the 3rd war?
The time somewhat fits. Jiraiya found Nagato and crew after the 2nd Ninja War. Several years passed until they formed the akatsuki(Yahiko's version). A couple of years, They fought Hanzo.

He already knows he can't do much now. Hell, He can't leave his hideout. Back to when Itachi said a "Ghost of his former self".

You don't want to discuss, then don't reply. Simple as that. If you're already seen another thread like this why did you click it?
I clicked it to see what it was and I posted to hopefully burst your little bubble you had thinking you had made some unheard of discovery

Well between the Moment when Madara and Obito met till the fight, where Nagato summons Mazou are 4 years inbetween.
But still sounds plausible

I don't think that is the first time Nagato summoned the Mazo, because on the next page or two Konan sayas Nagato! No don't! Implying that she's seen it before, but an interesting theory
