i think it evolved after his ems like susagays did and thats how tobi knew how 2 extinguish the flames that also means he has ems somehow of or just the ms coz he seemed to be pretty knowledgeable bout the shariangan and madara and who ever he is him and both madara had the plan

I dont get it either, but I'm guessing its because he hasnt fully activated it. ( :shrug: ) But it could do jutsu, which is more than Itachi or Sasuke's has been shown to do.

Itachi's and Sasuke's own don't weave signs but Madara's own does. probably it has weapons too since Madara himself likes weapons.

he had two because he is having quadrapple mangekyou..double mangekyou awakens one..when he implanted izuna's ms it became quadraple..may be thats why it has two faces etc..

the only difference is Madara's has 4 seperate arms. Itachi and Sasuke's Susanoo have 3 hands, but 2 arms--each right arm has 2 hands stemming from it starting at the forearm if i remember correctly

In cas YOU havent noticed, thats NOT the point. Point is, Madara's Susano'o can actually use its hands for handsigns.
