Madara's Susano'o ARMOR did not tank a TBB

As the title says, Madara's susano'o armor did not actually tank the TBB. It was actually the Kyubbi's tails.

Madara actually used the Kyubbi's tails coated in susano'o as a shield. Holding it with the susano'o hands.

This might be old news, but I hear people saying that Madara's susano'o tanked a tbb, and that necessarily isn't true.


edit: It seems I am actually a moron. I mistook the thing madara's holding for one of the kyubbi's tails, because of the position I thought that the tail wrapped around the back of the Susano'o and it curled up through madaras Susano'o arm. My apologies.

Wasn't just some run of the mill tbb. Madaras susanoo withstood a kyuubi tbb forcibly shoved into him by the strongest character in the show. Regardless of opinion, that definitely happened

This is immature and completely unwarranted. Make a mature counter argument when someone has obviously created a thread to go against something you've posted. Otherwise, Narutobase is just a forum of people pointing fingers and shouting insults.

OT: I disagree. We saw in the following chapters/panels that Madara's swords have odd curves to them. Additionally, look at the tails behind Kurama. They are large in size...and the two being used to block the TBB are too small in comparison to the rest of the Tails. If you count the large (and obvious) Kurama tails going from left to right...you can clearly count up to 8 tails notable....and the part in contact with the Bijuudama 1) Contains two swords opposed to one, and 2) Are both too small compared to the other tails.

That being said...you still hold a valid point....the armor did NOT tank a TBB...Madara used his Susanoo swords to counter the TBB. His armor didn't take a direct impact from the ball and survive because the Susanoo was never hit to begin with.

According to this


It requires both the Tails and the Susanoo to block a TBB

Hence Perfect Susanoo itself can not block a TBB on itself

Therefore even if Sasuke gets the perfect susanoo - it will not help him block the TBB

hence

Naruto > Sasuke
