Edo Madara didn't have unlimited chakra. :| He had the same level of chakra that he had in the prime of his youth. A bit less, actually. Edo Tensei doesn't give you unlimited chakra. People resurrected through Edo Tensei are weaker than they were in life.

The power of an Edo form is lesser than the alive form.

Tobirama's speed and power was dulled; and he could use Gojo infinitely anyway, with an Edo at hand. Itachi was ill and had used MS by the time we first saw him, and we never saw Nagato as an adult in life because he was crippled and had to resort to using Six Paths, which is inevitably weaker because it relies on channeling chakra over distances.

Look at Hashi's statement about Blind Alive Madara as opposed to Edo Madara with fake Rinnegan; "he's somehow restored his former power".
