Madara's speed and reflex?

How fast he is?
Numbering as in stats. 0-5

And speed of his reflex - compare with some characters (Raikage, Minato, Itachi...)

He is not the fastest character but still fast, I give him a 4, he mostly blocks attacks not dodge them.

I'd say a 4 for speed, as for reflex it's probably pretty well up there, maybe not on Minato or Itachi's level but still somewhat close to them.

4 for speed but with his reflex and him just being a boss having a 4 in speed is no concern.

I just totally misread "reflex" as "***".

In any case, I'm not too sure about his reflexes. We haven't seen many feats for that. His speed, however, I think is worth a 4. I still remember those roundhouse kicks and how he overwhelmed dozens of shinobi with pure taijutsu when he first came out of the coffin.

I'd give him 5 at ***

I would probably put him on the same level as Itachi in those two categories.
However he may be quicker. We haven't really seen any speed from him. He can keep up with the current 5 kages.

Sharingan precog helps, so its not actually reflex, but he is still pretty fast.
