Madaras is susanoo not the other jutsus i think

Everyone MS user has the ability to awaken Susanoo but not the other abilities, is it so hard to understand that? Sasuke and Itachi have the same abilities because Itachi transferred his ocular powers to Sasuke at death or else he would have awakened different powers. We don't know what Madara has unless his power is the ability to manipulate Susanoo any way he wants therefore he can make a perfect Susanoo

Yeah madara is a beast with susano'o. He's got like 3 forms of susano'o

Em, I think everyone at certain level has tsukiyomi, is not single-person restricted. Lol, even Madara and Obito are planning to use an infinite tsukiyomi. Itachi can use amaterasu, not like sasuke, but both do. And sussano is the ability they achieve by mixing both eyes' abilities, it isn't also single-person dependant.
