Madara's rinnegan

Quick question. It's been bothering me for a while.
Madara awakens his rinnegan prior to death ----> transplants it into Nagato ----> Nagato dies with both rinnegan--->Obito takes one and places it in his right eye---->Madara get rinne tensei'ed and has one Rinnegan already.

Where did Madara get his 1 Rinnegan after being revived into his real body? Shouldn't it still be with Nagato? I probably missed or forgot something. Can someone explain? thanks!

Madara awoke another Rinnegan when Naruto threw a rasenshuriken at him while in Edo Tensei form. That means that there should be five Rinnegan outside of the Ōtsutsuki clan.

1. Madara unlocking 2 upon death.
2. Madara unlocking 1 after Naruto threw a rasenshuriken at him.
3. Madara unlocking the third eye as Juubi Host.
4. Sasuke's eye.

There was a little bit of a fail between the anime and the manga in this regard, and correct me if I'm wrong, but in the anime we see him unlocking 1 Rinnegan when Naruto threw a rasenshuriken at him, and in the manga I believe he unlocked 2. Either way, there is at least 5 Rinnegan.

Madara's Rinnegan that were transplanted into Nagato, are both in Obito's possesion, one in Obito's left eye socket, one hidden. White Zetsu goes after the hidden one, whilst Black Zetsu uses the one in Obito's left socket to do Gedo Rinne Tensei, during the RT, the Rinnegan you see on Madara's socket is actually the fake one, the Edo-Tensei version. After RT, both fake eyes disappear, the he (Madara) gets his right eye from WZ, whilst BZ tries to get the left one that Obito used for RT.....

When we first see Uchiha Madara in the cave with young Obito, he has got 1 Sharingan as his left eye, he said that he borrowed it and that his true eyes (2x rinnegan) belong to someone else now (Nagato). So, how could it possibly be, that he awakened his rinnegan (x2, because Nagato has 2 of them) before death, but he did not die after awakening them - he meets Obito without them. This means that he did not die immidiately after awakening...
And something more. When he was ET by Kabuto, he had sharingan in left eye, this means he died with such an eye - this makes sense, he died shortly with his borrowed left sharingan after explaining his plan to Obito.
Nextly, when Naruto threw at him his rasenshuriken his sharingan in left eye immidiately changed into rinnegan, and as Kabuto said, after operating on another level, rinnegan takes place.
But, in the 391 episode, when he used Black Zetsu to force Obito to use rinne tensei no jutsu, he loses rinnegans in both eyes. My question is how? He did not have his right eye from the beginning of being ET by Kabuto and in this episode his right rinnegan crushes itself.
I am not asking why he is losing his eye, but why he is losing his eye shich he is not supposed to have?
Maybe this all mess is about that in manga he made 2x rinnegan when Naruto threw a rasenshuriken, and in anime just one?

Why the hell do some people think that Madara just had one Rinnegan, when Naruto threw the Rasen Shuriken at him? As you can see in the picture, he has two, but his hair is covering the right eye most of the time. Also.. they showed only one eye transforming from EMS to Rinnegan, because this way it was much more stylish than in the manga.

Is it that hard to understand? :/
- Madara awakened 2x Rinnegan as an old man
- Madara gave them to Nagato when he was a Baby
- He got a normal Sharingan afterwards
- He met Obito and died then
- Obito obviously took Madaras remaining eye from the corpse

So.. with Edo Tensei you usually are resurrected in the condition you died, except deadly wounds/diseases (Asuma, Itachi). Nagato, in this case, got Madaras Rinnegan back as an Edo-Zombie.. although Obito took them both from Nagatos corpse. These Edo-Rinnegan are fake, made out of dirt like the whole body of an Edo.
Madara is special, like Kabuto said himself, so Maddy got his (Izunas) eyes.. you know, 3 Tomoe Sharingan, EMS, Rinnegan.. but they were also fake, like Matatabi will say in the next episode. Edo-eyes are always made out of dirt, just a copy. We don't know.. and will never know what Kabuto exactly did to Madaras fake Edo-body, but it is as it is.
Madara could use his eyes, even while he didn't die with them in his body.

Now he lost his eyes... because you can't duplicate them. They are already existing, Obito has one of them in his head and the other one was in the hideout, but Zetsu will bring it to Madara in the next episode.
