Madara's revival?

So if they do manage to revive him, he'll probably come to the realization that infinite tsukuyomi was a set up or something along those lines. But what form will he be in, base mode or the so6p look?

Kind of doubt it since the sage has shown up, plus that would mean Sage Madara...again because revived in prime I believe since that's the only dna of him atm.

I'd like to see him in his base form again. Either that or sightless. The Rikudou mode was a little meh for me.
