i just had an idea! What if from his previous fights madara accumulated hashi dna, and made a zetsu clone of himself(sorta like kisame) that he switched out at the very end? is possible

We'll probably hear it from Madara. At first, I thought it was Izanagi, but since you need Senju DNA to use it, I doubt it. Also.. Izanagi requires the sacrifice of one eye.

Perhaps he faked his death kinda like Zabuza did. Or he used a genjutsu. During the fight between Itachi and Sasuke, Itachi got stabbed twice, but they both turned out to be illusions.

he barely kept himself alive with his strong life force with the gaining of hashi DNA

tobirama is involved in revival somehow

and. the biggest thing I suspect that the elder son saved madara just like madara saved him
