On topic: That is a matter I have been curious of myself, as Sasuke does appear to be frighteningly similar to Izuna. Perhaps it may trigger an emotional response from Madara, and lead to inevitable conversation between Uchiha. I have no doubt if such a talk occurs, relationship of brother between Madara and Izuna, and Sasuke and Itachi is to become a matter of comparison.

I imagine he might get surprised for a moment..but quickly recover and have a little chat with Sasuke (I think Sasuke will be targeted by him for some reason).

I would think he would be intrigued to see another who has awoken their EMS. But knowing Madara, he still wouldn't consider Sasuke to be anywhere near a worthy foe, and Sasuke would probably hate Madara for fueling the hatred against the Senju politicians in Konoha.
