What did he mean by he put it on "all of you" (unless that's translation derp)? He also referred to Mist ninja as "puppet shinobi". Just how many people had that seal on them, I wonder _@:

Probably over 50 people. Remember when Spiral Zetsu was referring to the Mist ninja as guinea pigs? That's when I started getting suspicious about the whole situation.

I'd definitely assume Yagura had it, which would mean that Madara and not Obito was the one pulling the strings in the Bloody Mist.
