Madara's Prowess held up by his broken regeneration.

If Madara fought opponents who had the same regeneration abilities as him would the fight be insanely different?

Every fight Madara was in he had broken regeneration abilities

Edo Madara
Blind Madara
1 Rinne Madara
2 Rinne Madara

Each fight above his rengeration was far beyond what Tsunade or Sakura have done yet these are overlooked when boasting his abilities. If the fights were changed to where his opponents had the same regeneration abilities how would it have gone?

Not much he is a thaijutsu juggernaught with speed on top of that. Hashi needed regeneration to fight(survive) against Madara, that should tell you if his opponent a have regeneration it wouldn't affect the outcome in the slightest.

There's also the fact that this regeneration made Madara not try. He openly allowed himself to be hit by the Kage, Guy, and when revived expressed his fighting was sloppy knowing he had Hashirama's regeneration.

Not much. That regeneration isn't instant, so Madara should be able to finish up with whatever's left. Not that I have any clue to the regeneration's limit, but I feel we should draw the line when his enemy's entire body has been scorched multiple times or diced.
Sasuke still nears death(actually, he dies because Madara knows stabbing wouldn't be enough), Naruto still nears death, and Minato keeps his arms(???). Though I guess his battle with the Kages would've been a hell of a lot harder, though it's not like they could have actually sealed him seeing how easily he broke out of Gaara's prison.
