So why was madara saying now I can fight at full power now when he was brought back to life? As far as I'm aware there are no possible restrictions an Edo body causes to and Edo tense I shinobi, can someone with knowledge please answer without using more words to just say what madara did.

When Kabuto brought Madara back he made him stronger then he ever was.
He got everything he wanted - His strong, Young Body - his loved eyes - and the Senju DNA, but the fact
that he got an Edo Body his Body lacked on Performance. Well.. let me make an real life example.
Did you ever Play Paintball ? If you use a new marker you can shoot with some Kind of high precision,
but if you just borrow a 4 years old marker the bullets will Keep flying around the target even tho your aiming perfectly.
