this guy is the one who tricked both itachi and obito into making them believe he was madara he was also the one who found obito and gave him the mission to revive him back madara ( maybe something happen to him and he was dying and passed on the mission )
tobi trained obito for a few year's and taught him about his fake past never showing his face to him after all that obito became tobi mark.2
