Firstly I will be heavily based on the theory of yin and yang?
Basic principles of yin-yang
So everything is characterized by both yin and yang and they are in balance?there cant be more yang and less yin and there cant be more yin and less yang?so here is my theory...I based my theory on this thread please read it so as to understand me
Proof for the existense of different chakras

(the human world has the ultimate balance and thats why i state it has 100% density of yin and yang, everyones else "stats" are in relation to this ultimate 100% balance)

so when you gain mangekuy sharingan you may gain incredibly powerful justsus(yin) but your eyes start being blinded(yang) but when you gain eternal mangekuy you surpass these limits and boundaries and you become PLAIN EVIL and that?s where sasukes role comes?

so it shows that unlike every uchiha who has obtained mangekuy by becoming evil sasuke is the exception to the rule?I hope I pesuaded you and made you understand why sasukes chakra is good?but I am sure you still don?t understand what all these have to do with madaras plan?well madara has the ultimate evil chakra and sasuke has mangekyou but unlike everyone he has good chakra?so madara wants sasuke to obtain eternal mangekuoy but by having good chacra?and then he will take one of his eyes which will have the ultimate good chakra and replace it with one of his own?so he will have one eye of good chacra(yang) and his own which is with evil chakra(yin)if my theory is correct then he will not only be able to tame kuybi but he will have abilities I cannot even imagine?

Yin yang are opposing
Yin yang describe opposing qualities in phenomena. For instance, winter is yin to summer's yang over the course of a year, and femininity is yin to masculinity's yang in human relationships. It is impossible to talk about yin or yang without some reference to the opposite.
Yin yang are rooted together
Since yin and yang are created together in a single movement, they are bound together as parts of a mutual whole. A race with only men or only women would disappear in a single generation, but men and women together create new generations that allow the race they mutually create (and mutually come from) to survive.The interaction of the two gives birth to things.
Yin yang transform each other
Like an undertow in the ocean, every advance is complemented by a retreat, and every rise transforms into a fall. ?so to begin with people have a certain amount of chakra which is then divided into two categories:good/pure chakra and bad/evil chakra.... and the chakra of everyone (pure or evil it doesnt matter) is consisted of a certain amount of density of yin and yang energy...Proof for the existense of different chakras

here we see zabuza saying: "whose chakra is this? is it kakashis? no its too strong to be his " well if you carefully read what he said you will notice that he didnt say "it is not kakashis this is much more chakra than kakashi has" but he used the word stronger...why would he use this word if he didnt have one of the doujutsus to distinguish the difference between the chakras?well the answer is because the chakra each person has doesnt differ only in number but quality also...obviously the foxs chakra had so much density that became apparent and easy to distinguish.....another manga proof for my statement

here naruto states that his chakra is yellow and foxs chakra is red?why is that?shouldnt all chakras have the same colour?no,because they are totally different types of chakra with different density of yin and yang...there are some others examples we can find throught the manga (if i feel it is necessary i will post other examples too)Examples

so to make this clear... neji for example has good chakra and 60% density of yin and yang?another example, hidan has evil chakra and 125% density of yin and yang because of his killing intend and blood-thirsty nature (remember that yin and yang are the same)and a final example, iruka has good chakra with 10% density of yin and yang?

so i believe that every uchiha based on gottheims post has evil chakra and the by the time they obtain mangekuoy they cant change the nature of their chakra (evil or good)?but first things first, the world, the human world consists of neutral chakra with 100% density of yin and yang but sometimes yin(darks side) surpass yang(light side) and then is when the kyubi comes, when the balance is broken and the yin becomes greater than yang (do you remember that the fox comes when human malice gathers?)and so the fox balances things again by killing the people who pepresent yin and so yin becomes equal to yang...

but you may wonder about the kuybi and madara?kuybi has evil chakra (obviously) with 500% density of yin and yang and madara has bad chakra (if you have read gootheims post you will understand) with 600% density of yin(HE DOESN?T HAVE YANG,KEEP READING I WILL EXPLAIN IT)that?s why madara has more sinister chakra than kuybi and that?s one reason why he met kuybi because kuybi gathers when human malice gathers and madara makes the whole balance of the world being distorted and so he attracts kuybi?

you may wonder how is sasuke related to all this?firstly I will say that sasuke has good chakra with 600% density of yin and yang and that?s why kuybi said that sasuke has more sinister chakra that itself because 600%>500%...but you may ask ?above you said that whoever has mangekuy and is an uchiha he has evil chakra why sasuke has good chakra ? we all know that you have to kill your best friend but my answer is that sasuke refuses to kill people and even at his fight with itachi he didn?t kill him but basically itachi commited suicide.and the same goes for deidara, he blew himself up...so basically sasuke obtained mangekuy without killing sb so without becoming evil?I will also augment my statement by saying that sasukes mangekuy pattern is different...unlike other Sharingans, which have a black design and red background, Sasuke's is the first one that is shown to have a red design and a black background
