Well, Since Madara got Hashirama's dna shouldnt Madara be able to use healing jutsu? Like Kabuto and Sakura's version, Since Hashirama's healing ability is known to be "powerful" and "Most skilled with it".

He has no use for it, due to Edo Tensei, so if he does have it, he wouldn't use it, unless he's restored to life.

Tsunade was not born with healing abilities, she's simply talented and skilled at it, same applies for Hashirama. It is easier for them to learn due to high chakra control and possibly being naturally gifted, but you still have to lear the techniques. Madara has not practiced any Medical ninjutsu from what I recall..
