Maybye obito was just weakened from the impalement/Bijuu extraction/Mazo Extraction which was why he couldn't teleport as possible.

When i see the speed of the jutsus used in this final battle with near instant attacks like Orbs,FTG and kamui , now i understand why Kishi need to makes 6-7 panels during these fastest attacks in Narutoverse.

Oh, and naruto couldn't have been moving at his full speed when he attacked Obito. Otherwise he couldn't have gotten that monologue out. So if naruto wasn't speed blitzing obito, that means the orbs aren't nececarilly as fast as you think.

Amaterasu is only as fast as its user's ability to track fast targets.

EMS Sasuke Amaterasu >>> MS Sasuke Amaterasu.

This logic doesn't work for this manga. First of all, let me comment on your "proof".

Ay was hit by Amaterasu, that is why he lost an arm.

Naruto dodged Ay just barely, but that was reaction speed. Not movement speed, if he had been that fast in general then he would have arrived at the battlefields alot faster.

In the panel where we see Obito dodge Naruto, we also see that Naruto is moving at equal speed with the other Shinobi's on there. That is proof that his movement speed isn't that great, or that he didn't move as fast as he could at that time.

The only valid point here is that the orbs move faster than Obito can teleport.

So, this is how it should be.

Orbs / Amaterasu > Kamui > Naruto / Ay

Amaterasu was able to catch Obito off guard, and you don't know if someone is going to use Amaterasu or not before they have already hit you. Because there are no visual signs of it, only when Obito had the Juubi was he able to sense it. So the fact that Obito wasn't able to dodge the Amaterasu from Sasuke in the past wouldn't have changed if he knew about Sasuke having Amaterasu or not. Obito didn't know about the orbs Madara would've sent, yet he was fast enough to block them. If the orbs are as fast as you say then a regular Shinobi is able to block Amaterasu with their hand. Which they aren't.

No a regular shinobi cannot. Amaterasu is on the order of microseconds and the orbs are among the order of nanoseconds.

Comeon, this is the Juubi Jin we are talking about. It's like comparing a god to a fodder. There is no comparison.
