My guess is that Tsunade received some kind of new power from her encounter with Dan, or that she got all her chakra back and will now fight Madara 1v1 seeing as she is the heiress of Hashirama it only seems fitting.

That or he will leave the Kage's to meet with Tobi, or find Kabuto and finish him off. This could lead to a fight between Sasuke and Madara.

I think that the Kages are not a priority for Madara, so now that he's released, he will either quickly try to wipe them out or just move on with his business.

Well Madara will either...

1) Be sealed conventionally by a protagonist or antagonist
2) Be sealed by the Death Reaper Seal tech

This is assuming that Kishi doesn't change the manga name from "Naruto" to "Madara" having Madara kill everyone and live happily under Edo Tensei till the end of time.

I think that's him releasing endo tensi. I think he's gunna either meet up with Tobi or finish his fight with the kage. I don't see tsunade beating him just because she got some chakra back. She couldn't kill him when she was in her regeneration mode she can't kill him not that she doesn't even have it active.

if he leaves that's some bogus plot no jutsu. he really ( as far as we know ) has any idea where anybody is (tobi/kabuto especially), unless he pulls a Dan and just shows up miraculously. It seems he has the power to just kill everyone if he stops messing around but i think the only way the kages can live is just leaving. all options to me sound dumb, they should all die with gaara retreating just because he can.
