Now in the next page, madara has his gunbai drawn and ready as naruto lands on the ground.

I think its possible that madara might be ready to use some powerful gunbai, techs/moves, and maybe temari or ten ten, will counter with their winds or something? Idk but It seems like he should have re-equipped it.
