Itachi had no problems using Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi as an Edo.

There is other shinobi that can absorb chakra that don't have the rinnengan.. Anyway, it's all speculation.. If we knew his powers we wouldn't post in the thread.

In the non canon ova of the hashirama vs Madara fight, Madara showed the ability to possibly rewind time at least for a few seconds with his ems. Maybe Kishimoto scrapped the idea, considering how overpowed Madara was beforehand and decided not to make the ability canon in the manga.

Madara possible had only sussano'o as his MS ability as he and izuna was stated to be equals and even after EMS combining both powers he only showed PS as if to indicate Madara Susano'o VS Izuna Susano'o eqaul footing..

Until Kishimoto confirms it in the manga we dont know. If he doesnt then all we need to know Madara held back this entire time.
