Madara uses the juubi's infinite chakra to cast an eternal tsukuyomi on the world (using reflection of the moon) where everyone lives peacefully... that's roughly it

U just shut up. Madara say that aftr moon eye he take evry1 under his genjutsu. Genjutsu only working when somebody look in2 users eyes. So i want 2 ask that if somebody dont look at moon then is he not catched by madara.

that would be a flaw in the plan....
but unfortunately, if enough people look at the moon, the others could be coerced to do so as well.....
and since hiphopninja was just warning you, i would have expected that you at least have the courtesy to thank and respect him rather than tell him off for warning you.

Naruto world is like Middle Earth from Lord of the Rings. Only the places with life are shown and everything else is just the planet. The room is bright and beautiful, people look at it and they get effected by the Genjutsu.
