madara's metheor isn't ninjutsu, it's DOJUTSU

First of all, i wanna say that i'll make this the shortest possible to make the reading easy for you.

When madara activated his rinnengan, he made some hand seals to bring a metheor down to earth. He convined his hand seals with susano's and made this jutsu.
If it is ninjutsu, then why did he need susanoo tu perform it? the answer is, it's rinnengan's jutsu, madara showed he can use DEVA PATH bringing the metheor down.
Rinnengan comes from sharingan, then if madara could convine rinnengan and EMS he could make a very powerfull atack, he convined sharingan power (susanoo's handseals) and rinnengan powers (deva path) to make this jutsu.
So, we could say, madara's metheor is DOJUTSU, because he can't make it without susanoo (ems) and deva path (rinnengan)

Bringing down a metheor = Madara's deva path (rinnengan convined with Madara's susanoo (EMS) .

You claim its no a ninjustu then go on to explain that he and his susano interweave hand signs.............Um that disproves whatever point you were trying to make not that you had any basis for your theory to begin with since the chapter it happens in never explains anything.But since he does use hand signs it is safe to say its a ninjustu.Why would his suusano use hand signs ? Because it cuts the time in half to perform whatever he is casting which would not only save time but reduce the chances of someone dispelling his justu since the opponent would have to stop multiple targets to cancel the attack.The dojustu can be required to use the ninjustu but it is still a ninjustu.
