So far nothing has been revealed or hinted at the origin of the meteor justu some say its a rinnegan tech if it is wouldn't it of been easier for nagato to have just used that to destroy konoha instead ? Until proven other wise i am set on it being madaras unique

Even though Naruto if fiction I doubt that the meteor Madara dropped was the gravity pulling tech. He created those meteors out of nothing because if you noticed the 2nd one came right after the first one and Madara wasn't evening using his hands to pull them like Deva path and Nagato did and on top of that, Madara used hand seals to use that technique. I think what he did was some form of COAT, which would explain why Kabuto had that reaction.
