In some cases, the Mangekyo's ability can put one in the same league as a Rinnegan user.

Pre-Rinnegan Obito was more than capable of holding his own against Nagato. His Mangekyo's unique power is by far the best we've seen, aside from Susano'o.

Madara has to have some unique traits to his also, he just hasn't shown them yet. Maybe because he hasn't needed them, but you never know.

I'm speculating time manipulation, but that's just me

That's a load of crap! Sasuke doesn't use Tsukuyomi, it was a jutsu specifically used by Itachi. Sasuke never used it once, he only used a high level genjutsu from the sharingan. If you look at the fight with Kabuto, you'll see they both cast their genjutsu's at each other to trap Kabuto, Itachi used Tsukuyomi and Sasuke only used a sharingan genjutsu.

My point is, you don't need to have Tsukuyomi and Amateratsu to activate Susano'o. You do however need to activate the two powers for both eyes in order to unlock it (since Susano'o is the third).

Btw, enton isn't really specific to Sasuke as Itachi could've learnt it as well, it's just amateratsu with shape manipulation.

PS isnt his unique MS ability but his susanoo mastery most likely is.

His susanoo is not only massive compared to others, but it can gain two heads & a pair of legs (not just the PS). Makes the most sense that madara's MS abilities revolve around manipulating susanoo, nothing more.

He clearly don't have Amaterasu/Tsukuyomi, and he got Susano'o becuase he got MS in both eyes.

Madara - ?????? (Perfect Susano'o is not his unique ability)
