Susano'o is considered the Third Power and requires the Double Mangekyo to use (as each eye possesses the 1st and 2nd Power respectively), so he likely does having other Mangekyo powers, but they were overshadowed by his Susano'o which is his most powerful ability.

No, not really. He had other MS abilities which weren't simply shown. One thing unique to his eyes is that he can differentiate between clones, which no other Sharingan, not even Byakugan can do.

And his Susanoo is the same power as Sasuke. He only got the Susanoo clones because of Wood clones he created and he could manage them because Edo chakra.
