I was reading some prime hints that Kishi left.we all know Madara died old and so on but with Zestu he was able to gather intel and control the outcome in the shadows. he did it so well to.

First of all Madara is not unbeatable. he has weekness and he knows them well. so this will be how he made it all work in his favor

as remebed in Zabuza vs Kakashi they used mist to stop sharingian and in Kakashi vs itachi and in Itachi vs Nagato and so on.
next assassination would be the uchiah clan but why?

no. madara has been planning the moon eye plan since forever not the war. when he first got revived he was shocked to find that everybody was working together. but yea tobi and madara both said naruto in that mode has the power to sense malice just like mito uzumaki. but yea...i wouldnt be surprised if madara was the one who order the ninjas to kill nagatos parents...i mean we dont even know much bout how they met or anything he just gave his eyes to nagato...but there is way more hints and foreshadowing
