He would still be a skilled Uchiha

A skilled Uchiha but not overpowered. Probably still proficient with Katons (maybe Futons), uses weapons in battle, uses the Sharingan for genjutsu/prediction/etc., and possibly all the other things that trained him for war.

- weak chunin level
- normal chunin level
- strong chunin level
- weak jonin level
- normal jonin level
- strong jounin level
- elite jounin level ( like kakashi and gai )
- weak kage level
- normal kage level
- strong kage level
- exceptional kage level (like the third raikage for example)
well the other are tailed beast legend myth and other stuff no need for them
