What will happen after all the people die ? I mean if everyone is in the dream world then people can't have children and after the last person die the humankind will disappear .. That's a major drawback don't you think but i'd like to hear your opinions on this comment

OK if we see this option "The Moon Eye Plan" all the human beings will be trapped in a genjutsu meaning they won't be able to move speak eat etc,etc,etc deprived of their free will eventually their bodies will die so yes by completing the "Moon Eyes Plan" Madara will effectively kill all humankind.

It's actually the opposite. 72 hours in the tsukiyomi would be only a few seconds in the real world

but yoyr assuming everyone in the war is everyone In the world. There are still feudal lords and regular people who are not shinobi from various villages. Did you really think those shinobi made up all the population of the world?

I believe it'd be as though everyone is in the real world, but also within the fabricated world of Madara.

Everyone will be alive..... living the lives of winners, no pain, no suffering, etc. They will just believe that Madaras idea for a perfect world....is the real world due to the genjutsu. My guess at least idk...

If someone dies, Madara simply uses the genjutsu to make them continue to leave on in the genjutsu world. He can make fake kids if he wants considering he can revive the dead in his genjutsu and all...

As long as madara lives, it doesn't matter who doesn't. Genjutsu world will always be populated.
