His in deep sh*t because someone called Orochimaru have his body. And seeing how Orochimaru wanted a Uchiha Vessel for years now he will take this chance.

Kabuto is the one who has his body and made the edo...And Oro ditched Kabuto who is trapped in Itachi's jutsu...and Madara's bidy was really old and barelly hanging to life trough Gedo Mazo so his body is quiet useless unless it's fully revived...So I don't think so oro needs a healthy body...

the real madara's body is old and weak......oro trained sasuke and let him develop coz he can only take over a body not improve it like an edo does.....kabuto displayed the empty vessel which is the body of some fodder, mixed with madara's DNA but not yet revived....so i dont think this is gonna happen....
