peace will never be completely obtain as long as the united states of america is spending money on nothing but solely creating new weapons for war. right now the US holds the highest military defense rate in the entire world. i remember seeing something where everyone was close to even.. spread around the world now Us is around 78% of the entire world.
dont get me wrong i like going US for parties but damn.. they're ****ed up and need to stop spying on other countries and getting CAUGHT LOL

If memory serves, the US currently funds more into Defense than the next top 5 countries combined. This Defense fund is also in part to "overseas defense", which amounts to having bases all around the world. What is there to accomplish by having "overseas defense" when all that happens is the ruffling of feathers? Why do we need them everywhere and not just in core problem areas where countries actually request our help?

I (US) got "health-related" problems fooling around with this women so our medical bills are high. We paying on them, but you know they put that interest. Bunch of kids everywhere; child support....

If one side has all the power, then yes, in technical terms, it would be more peaceful.

Example, if the Konoha still had all the tailed beasts, other countries would be too scared to attack, preventing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd ninja world war.

Real world example, when the US was the only nuclear power, no one dared opposed it.
