If you've noticed Madara has been slightly crippled, with his Rinnegan. Since he came back, he has only used Preta Path, this is hilarious and kind of understandable because Naruto and company are still in need some type of chance to win.... I found this humorous because years prior he taught Obito how to use all the Abilities of the Rinnegan should he so happen to awaken or obtain the Rinnegan, he trained him in his genjutsu.
Now, It's blatantly obvious that the Kage will be allowed to intervene with the war, as hinted by Orochimaru in chapter 620. This should allow Madara to fully exert his prowess, and unleash his full powers: Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi, all of the abilities of the Rinnegan, excluding the Gedo Mazo because it transformed into the Juubi, and his forbidden Uchiha Techs he has neglected to reveal, simple due to the fact that his power is already overwhelming.
We will finally get to see Madara's full power once Hashirama enters the battlefield, thus proving he has Surpassed him( Even though they were virtually equal, Hashirama having Auto-Healing making him outlast him.)
