I just realized, Where the hell is Madara's EMS!? Did he lost it during Hashirama battle?

One's known for sure, Hashirama totally obliterated Madara.

He gave it to Nagato so he can unlock the Rinnegan

He may have not had it active. Even though his eyesight can't fade when he uses it, I would imagine that it still drained more chakra than his regular sharingan. So even though he was summoned with edo tensei he probably is still just used to how he acted when alive, in terms of saving chakra when possible.
