Sasuke will be able to do it too. Madara can turn it back, and sasuke can slow it down. Its like how Tsukuyomi happens inside of the mind, this one happens outside. Its basically to give sasuke a chance against naruto. :scorps:

Yeaa thats what i thought when i saw it.. idk why people saw time rewinding :S

to me it was his ability to predict things.... Remember zabuza talked about it in part 1 with kakashi? with his sharingan and eye for detail, he can predict thngs making it seem like he could see the future
