Madara is the strongest uchiha that has the DNA of the strongest Senju. Does this mean his DNA will give others power aswell, just like how Hashi's DNA gave him a power up?

Don't know. Hashi's dna gives you a stronger body and chakra reserves. it's unlikely that if you take uchiha dna you will get the sharingan. Hashi had a strong life force and his dna likely gives you the same effect, plus regenerative abilities to some

You might gain fire release.. I would expect anyone implanting his dna would not gain an enormous boost of chakra like implanting senju dna, but it would become much more potent chakra overall.

Implanting Hashirama's dna has obviously shown these effects on various people.

Doubt it, reason why Hashiramas is so useful is coz only he has Mokuton and his senju blood basicly boosts everything else and gives huge life energy. What will Uchiha blood give you? AIDs.
