Hmm....idk. That wouldn't make sense imo. Why would Kishi have Madara get the Tailed Beasts? If Madara is already defeated why would they be sucked into the Gedo? I feel it defeats the purpose....as no one else would want to become the Juubis host. If this was Madaras end....then sucking up the beasts would be pointless I feel. Sasuke has no reason to be the Juubi host through the Gedo, and if he did what purpose would it serve...him being that much more powerful than Naruto? Idk....I think Sasuke has something, but Madara isn't defeated yet imo. I believe Kishi wants us to see The moons eye...and only Madara can complete it I feel. I think Kishi wants the fans to see it.

Naruto will get the fruit...I feel it's where Kurama told Gaara to take him. Though...if Madara is defeated what will become of the story? Straight into Sasuke vs Naruto the chapter after next? After all Kishi has done to build up Moons eye? I highly doubt this...what you say.

This would be really bad... Madara getting defeated by a oh-so-very-convenient-plot-device-jutsu. Shit's gonna piss the fans.

I see 3 possibilities:

1. He really thought that he could kill him that easily and was scared after beeing defeated so quickly, Hashi's power will save him.
2. He knew that he doesn't stand a chance in a fight and just intended to come closer to Madara to use Hashi's power and was surprised because he didn't think that Madara could stop him this easily, leaving him unable to use Hashi's power. Someone else has to save him.

Very unlikely but still:

3. He really thought that he could kill him that easily and was scared after beeing defeated so quickly, he used a genjutsu on Madara in the last moment.*

*= The only reason why I think this might be possible is because Sasuke combined his powers with Itachi's, and Itachi was a genjutsu master. It might be enough to catch Madara for a split second in a genjutsu.



I can't see him using Izanagi or Izanami since its too early for him to lose one of his eyes, still a lot of fight ahead of them. And the Sasuke/Naruto fight still has to happen if both survive. Ofc Kishi could come up with some crap like Hashi's power preventing Sasuke from losing his eyesight but that would be the worst idea ever.
