Oopsy, sorry about reposting but i posted this thread in Suggestions and it got doomed..
So we're done with the Latest chapter and the fanboys' threads(not really).. i was wondering if Madara's death is just a plan to begin what he wanted..
Most of us know that awakening the Rinnegan required Uchiha Eyes and Senju DNA and a near death experience (assumed) The possibility of Madara already having Hashirama's DNA before the final fight is very high as they were already done with many battles and Madara would have probably gained Hashirama's DNA with it and fused it with his own, and he would have created Zetsu's before the last battle.. and we all know that Zetsu's can suck up chakra and transfer it to the person that they wish to. After Hashi 'killed' Madara, it could have been that before Madara's chakra levels fell to Zero, Zetsu transferred his chakra to Madara [which Zetsu absorbed from some random source] and kept him alive and tookk Madara to the place where his hideout was located to connect him with the statue.
1)It could be that awakening Mokuton abilities take time and Madara wasn't proficient with them and Madara planned his death so that he could actually awaken the Rinnegan.
2)Madara couldn't make any move since him being disconnected to the Statue would result in his death.
3) We see that Madara stood longer than Hashi, probably because he had Hashi DNA in him by then, which gave him massive chakra reserves that were on par with that of Hashi's
Just a theory, let me know what you think of it .
