i think that after he got his rinnegan, madara practiced abilities and performed the meteor jutsu, killing himself by accident due to him not knowing the full power of the meteor

i know its kinda bleak or cheap for madara, but its possible

i think kabuto will somehow transfer his full conscienciousness into muu and let this body here

maybe he died but his eyes or DNA remained and tobi transplanted them sometime for him, so it is possible
