Madara's current appearance

When Madara released the contract of edo tensei he looked like he was a normal person(without the edo tensei cracks all over his body and all).

Why after joining the Naruto/Obito battle does he look like an edo tensei again?

Is it a bunshin? Did I miss something in the previous chapters?

Probably a writing mistake by Kishi because he still is immortal ( you can see that when Lee kicked him ).

The edo tensi doesn't look completely back to life like oruchimarou.

After he released it then was talking to the 5 kage for a bit...his face did not have any cracks. It's when he joined Obito that he looked like an edo tensei once again.
