Madara took control over the zetsu part of Obito since he's the one that created Zetsu... Obito cant do anything cuz that part is what is keeping him alive

Apparently, Obito's artificial half wasn't made up just of White Zetsu substance (Hashirama's cultivated cells), but also had some of the substance that formed Black Zetsu and the chakra recievers, which is essentially Madara's will, mixed in.

At least that's what it looks like.
