Does not seem at all like the kind of character who would want Tsuki no Me. When he got his body back, he licked his body and revelled in the sensation of declaring war and I'm supposed to believe that this guy is doing this for the better of the Shinobi World? At least with Obito, he believed that what he was doing was right and showing hesitance but Madara's all over the place.

I really just think that Tsuki No me has been completely forgotten about and now Madara's just fighting for the fun of it.

when he told hashirama about Kaguya's intentions and the aftermath of it , he said he fell or sunk into depression or was distraught or something that the chakra was used to stop the fighting but instead everyone wanted chakra and began using it for fighting all over again. I think he wants to take all the chakra back from everyone like the tree was doing earlier and he probably wants to be the ruler of the world or something or maybe he feels like itll all just happen over again no matter if he takes chakra back from everyone and he wants to just wipe everyone out and make life on the planet extinct. a bit..... but who knows

Just because he isn't spewing it 20 times per chapter like Obito doesn't mean he doesn't believe or has forgotten about his plan.
The guy was born in War time conflicts and has developed an almost sort of lust for battle, I expect him to enjoy the fight and relish in it.

I agree with this ^ Just because Madara is revelling in his new found life and power doesn't mean he's abandonded his plan. As it was mention earlier, Obito simply wanted to activate IT and acted hastily. Even Madara made this comment when he joined him to fight Naruto, Bee, Kakashi, and Gai.

But don't forget, Madara's original plan was to become the Juubi Jinchuriki. Obito spoiled that by doing it to himself when he was on the ropes.

Now Madara is simply fufulling his ORIGINAL plan, become the Juubi Jin. He is just enjoying the sensation as such. Once he Achieves Jinchuriki Status or something similar to it, he most likely continue with infinate Tsukuyomi. Just gotta wait it out abit.

obito is just a vessel of madara's 2nd body or some shit like that , xD , tobi mystery is still not over. And well... madara's plan is to become complete or perfect , something like that xD , that's why he was catching all those 9 pokemons xD.
