madara's cave

Who else believes that madara could leave his cave using a zetsu body! If you recall madara said that he couldn't be disconnected from the tree. But the zetsus are born, and extension of the tree (they are the same imo)... I believe madara was able to leave the cave this way, and with held this info from obito...THOUGHTS????
