His Rinnegan vanished i think and the Hashirama cells as well seeing has Hashirama's face disappeared and he can't use SM without Hashirama i think.

I think it was disposed off in order to avoid future conflicts or maybe Orochimaru took it.

Most likely hidden or destroyed completely. The state of Orochimaru after the Infinite Tsukuyomi got cancelled was exhausted, and the possibility that he stole it is moot. Even after Madara vs Hashirama, Tobirama hidden Madara's body. So I'm assuming Naruto and Sasuke destroyed Madara's corpse, to ensure no one would try to tap to Madara's power.

But then again, I like the theory behind Orochimaru stealing an Uchiha body and becoming the ultimate Shinobi, and Madara's corpse will certainly grant him that desire.

He still has the hashi face, it was added back in in the tankobon version. They either destroyed the body or preserved it in some secret area in Konoha for future experimentation.

Here's my point.
Madara came back alive blind (no sharingan or rinnegan),
then zetsu gave him 1 rinnegan and he got the other 1 from obito by himself.

The last time we saw madara, he didn't have any rinnegan eyes anymore, do you know why?
